Bringing historic buildings back to life through sympathetic restoration, refurbishment and conversion.
Jomast owns and manages many significant heritage buildings recognised for their importance to the urban landscape by their Listed status.
Such buildings are brought back into use by a process of sensitive conversion and adapted delicately for modern day occupation.
Zetland Buildings in Middlesbrough is a prime example of a vacant and redundant Grade II Listed building which was acquired and beautifully restored to secure the largest recent office letting in the town to AXA Insurance. The Globe Theatre in Stockton on Tees will be comprehensively refurbished and restored, bringing back to life a major heritage asset with many benefits for the town and the wider region.
“The Globe in Stockton High Street has hosted world-famous acts like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Cliff Richard and holds a special place in the hearts of many. We have formed a close working partnership with Jomast to help them bring this wonderful Grade II listed venue back into use as we believe it can become a huge asset for Stockton High Street.” Councillor Bob Cook Leader of Stockton Council
