The acquisition of Wynyard Golf Club provided an opportunity to pursue a high end residential scheme on part of the land holding. Consent has also been granted for a hotel, leisure facilities and improvements to the existing golf course and clubhouse. Planning consent relating to over 30 acres of land for leisure, office, retail and resdiential uses has also been secured on land overlooking Hartlepool’s marina.
Scottish Life House in Newcastle upon Tyne is a project with a comprehensive regeneration masterplan in place for the estate which will incorporate a mix of uses including residential, leisure and hospitality. This will include refurbishment, new-build and public realm elements.
