Preview of Plans for New Middlesbrough Commercial Development

Members of the public and the local business community are being given the opportunity to view plans to create a new office and retail development in the heart of Middlesbrough town centre.

A new, multimillion pound mixed use scheme will be situated at 15-25 Albert Road. Plans put forward by Jomast include the construction of a modern, glass fronted commercial development offering high quality office and retail space over four storeys. It also includes basement parking. This will replace four redundant, empty buildings.

Detailed drawings of the proposals are being put on public display in the main reception are of Sun Alliance House, 16-26 Albert Road, Middlesbrough on Wed 14th July 2010. Members of the public can view the plans from 10am-4pm.
