Jesmond three sixty

Vibrant urban community.

Jesmond Three Sixty is an ambitious multi-million-pound mixed-use regeneration project close to the heart of Newcastle city centre. The 3.5-acre site in Jesmond was acquired by Jomast to be developed into a thriving, all-inclusive urban community.

Phase one of the scheme is complete with the former Eaga House repurposed into luxury residential apartments and new commercial units for retail, leisure and office use. A new central courtyard and outdoor terraces complement this vibrant scheme.

Phase two of the project will include 93 apartments followed by a hotel, a gym, retail space and a multi-storey car park.
