Jomast has been sweeping up in the hotel sector, creating new destinations for Premier Inn and Travelodge in the North West, North East and Yorkshire.
The latest developments worth over £30m include for Premier Inn, transforming the former Co-op department store in Chesterfield, new hotels in Middlesbrough and Pickering, and for Travelodge, a new hotel in Hartlepool Marina.
The hotels have opened up employment opportunities by creating well over 100 jobs in total.
